We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

Refund & Return
At Label Ameya, each garment is thoughtfully made with care and attention to detail. As most of our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered.
Returns & Exchanges
An exchange or return may be requested only under the following circumstances:
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange or return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Kindly email us clear photographs of the product along with your order details or reach out to us via WhatsApp. Each request will be reviewed individually, and if approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.
Where possible, we will arrange a return pickup. If a pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to ship the item back to us. The customer will bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
Approved claims will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund, at Label Ameya's discretion, depending on product availability and the nature of the claim.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Made-to-order
- Personalised orders
- Sale or promotional items
Product Variations
Many of our garments feature handcrafted techniques and artisanal details. Minor variations in colour, embroidery placement, texture, or finishing are a natural part of the making process and should not be considered defects.
